1. Introduction

Welcome to Sisenoo.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and photography services. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Definitions

"Service" refers to photography services provided by Sisenoo.com, including but not limited to event photography, portrait sessions, studio photography, and outdoor photoshoots.

"Client" refers to any individual or entity that books or utilizes our photography services.

"Website" refers to Sisenoo.com and all its content.

3. Service Booking and Cancellation

All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit payment. The amount of deposit required will be specified at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule provided.

Cancellations must be made in writing (email acceptable) at least 14 days before the scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the session will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may result in the client being liable for the full service fee.

Sisenoo.com reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to illness, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, all efforts will be made to reschedule at a mutually convenient time, or a full refund will be provided.

4. User Obligations

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when booking services
• Arrive on time for scheduled photography sessions
• Inform Sisenoo.com of any specific requirements or expectations prior to the session
• Ensure appropriate permissions are obtained for photographing minors or at private venues
• Conduct themselves in a respectful manner during photography sessions
• Not interfere with the photographer's professional judgment regarding poses, locations, or techniques

5. Service Limitations

Sisenoo.com strives to provide high-quality photography services, but certain limitations apply:

• Weather conditions may necessitate rescheduling outdoor sessions
• The number of final edited images is subject to the photographer's professional discretion
• Specific shots cannot be guaranteed, though reasonable requests will be accommodated
• Turnaround time for edited photos is typically 2-4 weeks, depending on session type and season
• Raw, unedited images will not be provided under any circumstances
• Sisenoo.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including inappropriate behavior

6. Intellectual Property

All photographs created by Sisenoo.com are protected by copyright law. Unless explicitly stated in writing:

• Sisenoo.com retains full copyright ownership of all images
• Clients receive a limited license to use purchased images for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Commercial use of any images requires separate written permission and licensing
• Alteration of images (including filters, cropping, or editing) is prohibited without written permission
• Sisenoo.com reserves the right to use images for portfolio, promotional, competition, and exhibition purposes

If a client wishes to purchase full copyright ownership, additional fees will apply.

7. Liability Limitations

Sisenoo.com's liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the photography services. We are not liable for:

• Dissatisfaction with stylistic choices or artistic interpretation
• Loss of data or damage to digital files after the delivery period (30 days from provision)
• Physical damages or losses at the photography location
• Failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use our services

Clients are advised to make and maintain backup copies of all delivered digital images.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Sisenoo.com collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Client information is used solely for service provision, communication, and legal obligations. We do not sell or share client data with third parties except where required by law.

By booking our services, clients consent to the collection and processing of their personal data for these purposes.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or our services shall first be addressed through amicable negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Sisenoo.com operates.

The prevailing party in any legal action shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and costs.

10. Modifications to Terms

Sisenoo.com reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Clients are encouraged to review these terms periodically.

For ongoing service relationships, material changes to these terms will be communicated via email.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
